How to upgrade, change plans and billing frequency

How do I change my plan?To switch between your current plan and another plan:

  1. Login to Marvel
  2. Head to my account > plans 
  3. Find the plan you'd like to change to > switch to plan


Changing from monthly to yearly to save $$$To save 25% and switch plans, simply head to your billing page where you will see the switch modal:

Click 'Switch Now' and confirm. 

We will prorate your pricing to account for any unused time on your current plan. You will see this reflected in the invoice which will follow 😸
How do I cancel my subscription?If you're having any trouble with your account, please contact our Customer Support team at help@marvelapp.com who will be happy to help with any issues you're having.

We don't like goodbyes but if it's really time to go, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your Marvel Account
  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner and click My Account
  3. Click Plans
  4. Click Downgrade on the free plan

This will immediately downgrade your plan and remove all premium features from projects and people on your plan.
