Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal at this time.

I want to upgrade but my payment is being declined - why?
It may have been declined because your bank doesn't recognise the transaction.

We are based in London, UK so it may appear as an unusual purchase if you do not normally buy from UK websites.

Usually if you call the bank, they will be able remove the block on the payment so you can try again.

You can also try using a different payment card. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept PayPal.

Do you charge extra for VAT?The prices displayed on our website are inclusive. This means we don't charge extra for VAT or other taxes.

You can view our current prices on our plans page.

EU and non-EU users are charged the same. VAT is shown on all invoices for both EU and non EU accounts, this is to account for the fact that our prices are all-inclusive.
